Delicate fish will have a hard time finding a better partner. The light fruity flavors of Tracklayer’s go well with mushrooms especially porcinis or morels. It’s a pleasant accompaniment to lobster, clams, shrimp, and crab too. Tracklayer’s does very well at brunch, paired with omelets, smoked salmon, and Eggs Benedict. A Swiss and grilled ham sandwich with a Tracklayer’s is an easy delight.
